Suns of Liberty (“SOLROOF”, “we”, “us”) develops integrated solar roofing and operates enquiry websites for the United States (solroofusa.com), Canada (solroofcanada.com), and Mexico (solroof.mx). This policy applies to information you submit through the enquiry and waitlist forms on those sites and on sunsofliberty.com.

When you submit an enquiry or join the waitlist, we collect the details you choose to give us:

• Your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number
• Your city, region, postal code, and country
• Whether you are a homeowner or an industry partner, and for partners your company and professional role (roofing, solar, contractor, developer, architect, or other)
• Your stated interest (information, a quote, or both) and any message you write to us
• Your consent to be contacted, the version of the consent wording you accepted, and the site you submitted from
• Technical data needed to operate the form, such as a one-way hash of your network address used only for abuse prevention

• To respond to your enquiry or provide a requested quote
• To prepare for the regional launch of SOLROOF products in your country
• To keep an internal record of enquiries in our customer relationship system, accessible only to authorized team members

We do not send marketing email, we do not sell your information, and submitting an enquiry does not create an account or sign you up for anything else.

We process your information on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. Each submission stores a consent receipt (that you agreed to be contacted, the consent wording version, and the time and site of submission). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us at the address below.

Enquiries are stored securely on our hosted cloud backend. Access is restricted to authorized Suns of Liberty team members who need it to respond to you. We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers that host and operate our systems on our behalf. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and prepare our regional launch, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its use. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
